SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed & shipped within 1-2 business days.
Once processed by our carrier, domestic orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. may take 1-5 business days to arrive, depending on location. Shipping may take longer for international purchases.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order with your tracking number.
Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Coastal Manifestation Candle Co. each candle is hand designed, poured and inspected before packaging and shipment to ensure the highest quality service. We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@coastalmanifestationcandles.com and once your return is approved we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You will receive an E-mail once we have received and approved your item for return. Please be aware it may take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
